Does Memoir read our source code?

Metadata first. A standard install reads PR titles and commit messages only; deeper access is opt-in, scoped per repository, and visible in your settings.

How does Memoir get real product footage?

A capture agent signs in with demo credentials you control, or with a session you hand it in a live browser. It captures the screens that shipped; credentials stay encrypted.

Does Memoir post or send anything on its own?

No. Every kit waits for your approval in the studio or in Slack before anything leaves.

Can we change plans?

Yes. Your record, kits, and connections carry forward when your team moves plans.
