Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Memoir websites, applications, and services operated by Tachyon Labs, Inc. It covers visitors, customers, and people whose information is processed by customers using Memoir.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, company, authentication details, billing status, and settings.
When a customer connects third-party services, we process the data needed to provide Memoir. This can include product updates, issue metadata, repository metadata, CRM fields, documentation, messages, generated drafts, approvals, and publishing history.
We also collect usage data such as log events, device information, browser type, approximate location from IP address, pages visited, and actions taken in the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate Memoir, connect customer tools, generate and improve drafts, route approval workflows, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, process billing, and communicate with customers.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage and improve Memoir.
Connected services
Customers choose which services to connect. Memoir only requests access needed for the selected workflow and uses connected data to build customer-controlled marketing memory and drafts.
Customers can disconnect services or request deletion of connected data by contacting us or using available in-product controls.
AI and generation
Memoir uses AI providers to help generate drafts, summaries, positioning, and campaign material. Customer inputs and generated outputs may be processed by those providers solely to provide the requested service, subject to our vendor agreements and settings.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publication.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Memoir, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Customers can request deletion of account and workspace data, subject to required retention obligations.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and least-privilege operational practices. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of your personal information. Customers can also manage connected services, publishing approvals, and workspace settings.
